Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a form of business process outsourcing, where an employer outsources or transfers all or part of its recruitment activities to an external service provider such as onsiite.
RPO may involve the outsourcing of all or just part of the recruitment functions and processes. The external service provider, such as onsiite, serves as a virtual recruitment department by providing a complete package of skills, tools, technologies and activities.
