Who is onsiite?
onsiite is a specialist provider of recruitment administration support and payroll outsourcing. Think of us as either an extension of your existing Human Resources team or the Human Resources team itself. Our role is to help you manage your job vacancies, graduate recruitment campaign, applicants who apply to you directly, candidates provided by external recruitment agencies and the management and administration of your payroll.
We are here to support you in establishing the best recruitment strategy for your vacancy and to ensure that candidates go through the agreed recruitment process (i.e. psych testing, medicals, background checks and references).
We also provide an exit interview management service which can provide you with a consistent approach in gaining knowledge and insight about your organization.
