Online Exit Interviews
Through technology exiting employees can be surveyed online. The benefits of online exit interviews include:

How does it work?
- When an employee resigns, the Hiring Manager asks onsiite to conduct an exit interview, onsiite contacts the employee and provides them with login details to do the interview online
- The employee fills in the online forms and the information is instantly collated for analysis and reporting to HR and Senior Management
Telephone Exit Interviews
Personal and direct feedback is often the first choice for most organisations and onsiite can undertake telephone exit interviews, the benefits of which include:
- Ability to collate detailed information from the employee
- More more personal than an online system
How does it work?
- When an employee resigns, the Hiring Manager asks onsiite to conduct a telephone exit interview and provides onsiite with the employee’s telephone number. onsiite then contacts the employee and conducts a detailed telephone exit interview

The data is collated and if requested, a special report
outlining results will be provided to
HR and Senior Management
Reporting
Regular, detailed reports can be provided based on any criteria
from the data collection.
Analysis / Reports may include:
- Total number of exit interviews conducted in date range
- Total number of exit interviews by business unit
- Total number and variety of 'diversity' candidates
- Analysis of ‘Reasons for Leaving’ ie graphical and statistical analysis of selected factors in an employee's reason for leaving
- Length of employment before resignation
Ad hoc and Special Reports can be as detailed. As an example if a Senior Business Manager would like to know how many employees have said that they are leaving because they are 'unhappy with my immediate manager', onsiite can provide detailed analysis and reports within hours of request.
Administration
The cost of online exit interviews will be charged as a monthly fee. Telephone exit interviews will be charged once they have been conducted. Ad hoc and special reports will be charged at the time of request.
