onsiite tailors its services and similarly its terms. We can negotiate rates

• on a placement by placement basis; or
• as an unbundled service matrix; or
• onsiite can be engaged on a retainer model and fees are billed monthly.

Third party recruitment fees are separate and in addition to the onsiite retainer. To ensure the most is made of internal and direct sourcing techniques onsiite believes in agreeing a contract bonus based on key performance measures.

Terms are negotiated on a contractual basis for a set period. Projects such as graduate recruitment are agreed in advance with clear guidelines on onsiite and client responsibilities.
