Mark Smith - Director

A qualified accountant, Mark started his career with Deloitte in 1988. Moving into recruitment in 1994, Mark has over 13 years recruitment industry experience covering both permanent, temporary and outsourced recruitment disciplines in markets including Sydney, Brisbane and London.

Marks recruitment career started in temporary services in Sydney before being transferred to Brisbane to establish a permanent accounting desk. In late 1996 Mark was again transferred to London where he provided temporary services to various clients but also managed the overseas referral program. Mark returned to Australia to Management positions, leading a team on temporary consultants and establishing a CBD branch which covered accounting and business support. During 2000 Mark returned to UK affiliate to undertake an Operations Director role for small Accounting and Banking recruiter.

During this time Mark managed a diverse group of consultants and managed the relationship with various master vendor and outsourced recruitment functions, both within the group and as a tiered supplier.

As a founding Director of people2people recruitment pty Ltd Mark has been instrumental in the establishment of the onsiite brand. Seizing the opportunity to offer outsourced recruitment administration Mark has built on his previous experience both in recruitment ,management and outsourcing.

Lisa Johnson - Manager

Lisa has over ten years experience working in the recruitment industry from administration and payroll processing, through to temporary and permanent recruitment for accounting and finance professionals. Her initial experience was gained in a boutique recruitment consultancy in Wellington New Zealand where she was lucky enough to have the opportunity to have training with RCSA professionals and some of the 'best practice' operators from around the world.

After moving to Sydney in 2000, Lisa joined the same major Australian recruitment firm as the Directors of people2people, as a Consultant responsible for the recruitment of temporary accounting and finance staff. Over the next four years she gained responsibility as Team Leader and eventually Branch Manager before taking maternity leave in early 2005.

In March 2006, Lisa joined a multinational industrial group on a contract basis as an HR Resourcing Specialist to provide additional resources when the HR Resourcing Manager was seconded to India for a key business project. Over the next ten months, Lisa worked closely with Hiring Managers providing day to day advisory and resourcing support for front line vacancies. These roles included retail sales, customer service, revenue, production and inventory specialist roles. During this time, Lisa became proficient in the organisations recruitment procedures and requirements. This contract role finished in January 2007.

In February 2007 Lisa joined onsiite, taking the opportunity to work again with former colleagues who are experienced and respected professionals in the recruitment industry.
