With an increasingly flexible workforce and a tight labour market, onsiite was established in recognition of the demand for outsourced recruitment and payroll solutions.

onsiite forms part of the people2people group of companies. people2people was formed in 2005, by Directors Mark Smith, Simon Gressier and Manda Milling. Having worked together since 1994, the Directors, building on an established reputation for providing professional and personalised recruitment services, made the decision to expand their services to include outsourced services.

Though part of the people2people group of companies, onsiite is a separate business entity. This has been a deliberate strategy to ensure the integrity and privacy of client information and to add value outside a contingent recruitment environment.
